Submitting an abstract or workshop

• Is it possible to submit multiple abstracts for the same presenting author?

Yes! It is possible to submit multiple abstracts from the same presenting author.

If this the case and if you are submitting a Tweeser, you can name the image file using the abstract number. For example, if this is the second abstract you are submitting, you can name it: firstname_LASTNAME2_ISEEYoung24.

• Who can submit an abstract or a workshop?

Anyone can submit an abstract or workshop! As long as your subject relates to environmental epidemiology, you can submit your abstract or workshop, whether you are at the beginning of your career or not, or whether you are a European researcher or not.

• I have submitted my abstract/workshop but I would like to make a change

If so, please contact us by e-mail (iseeyoung24@univ-rennes.fr) and give us the title of your abstract. We will remove your old abstract from the database.

Then, you can simply submit your new abstract by using the abstract submission form at: https://enquetes-partenaires.univ-rennes.fr/index.php/454732?lang=en. At the end, in the comments section for the committee ("You are about to submit your abstract. If you have any comments for the Organising / Scientific Committee, please enter them in the box below (optional)"), you can indicate that this is an update of your old abstract.

Please note that after the deadline of February 2 it will no longer be possible to make changes.

Registration

• Can I wait to find out if my abstract is accepted before registering or becoming an ISEE member?

Yes! You can wait to see if your abstract is accepted before registering or becoming a member. You will receive information on the status of your abstract in March.

Conference

• Will there be a way to follow the conference online?

No, the conference will take place face-to-face in Rennes only.
