ISEE Young Rennes registration update

All workshops are now fully booked!
We have set up a waiting list, you can let us know which workshops you would like to register for at the end of the pre-registration questionnaire in the comments section. If you have already pre-registered, you can send us an e-mail to iseeyoung24@univ-rennes.fr. 

Note for step 2: registration and payment

We have experienced bugs with the payment platform. Before you pay for anything, make sure that it corresponds to what you signed up for at the pre-registration step. Normally, you should pay the sum of your registration fee and the optional meal in a single payment. If the platform asks you to pay only 15€ for the meal  while you also have to pay registration fees, it's a bug!

It happens that after payment, the payment platform informs you that you are not registered for the workshops, even though you have registered. This is also a bug, so please ignore it! What really counts for workshop registration is what you filled in during pre-registration.

We manually check each registration and will send you a registration email with a summary of your details within a few weeks.

Regarding the invoices, we will use the information provided during the pre-registration and send them to you as soon as possible. Please note that this is a process that takes time, as we (the local organizing committee) cannot do the invoices, it is the financial department of the University of Rennes and they don't do it automatically. So, expect a delay of few weeks before you receive it.

We are very sorry if you have had a problem with registration and apologize for the inconvenience. Note that these problems are the exceptions - in the vast majority of cases, everything works fine.

The preliminary program is now online!

Here you'll find the most important information about the ISEE Young program, including session start times and the scheduled end time on the last day. Everything you need to know to plan your stay in Rennes! 

Please note that this is a provisional program, and that changes may occur. The final program will be announced in the coming weeks.

By now you know if your work has been accepted for ISEE Young Rennes!

We have emailed those who have submitted an abstract or workshop the accepted or rejected status of their work. We will get back to you shortly to let you know the type of presentation (classic oral session or speed talk) and the session you are assigned to.

We are excited to invite you to the 5th ISEE Europe Young and Early Career Researchers Conference, taking place in Rennes (France), from June 5 to 7, 2024.

This meeting offers an outstanding opportunity for researchers in environmental epidemiology to exchange ideas, foster scientific collaborations, meet new and old colleagues from the field, and of course, have a nice time! Our goal is to create a stimulating and accessible forum that enhances participation from all attendees, and where hopefully researchers from all around Europe feel welcome. This is why we are putting in place all resources possible to ensure an inclusive, sustainable, and lively in-person conference.

We look forward to welcoming you to the pleasant and welcoming city of Rennes, where sunshine is more than just a rumor :)
